Return policy

We have a return policy of 1 day but you will get a refund or a new order free of charge if an item in your order is chipped or broken in any way.

Exchange policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that you can get a refund or a new order free of charge.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are only possible as long as the order is still in production, usually 1-3 days.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method if your item is defective or broken in any way. Please remember it can take up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
